So, Blue Hair, Brown Eyes is completely fictional. There isn't a certain someone I know who has blue hair brown eyes. This song is from a girl's perspective, and the girl talks about how the boy she loves has gone through something really hard, or made a big mistake in his life. This song is this random girl's way of saying that the boy does not need to give up, and he can keep going and become a better person after the mistake he made.
This song can apply to a lot of people's lives. It's a reminder that even though we do make mistakes, we can learn from them, and we still have another day to fix our mistakes and do the right thing.
